SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail for $8. USPS shipping window is: 2-5 business days. Currently, we are unable to ship internationally for items purchased in the shop. All items are in stock and ready to ship. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to process before it ships.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges need to be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Items marked final sale are ineligible for return or exchange. We cannot accept exchanges or credit after 30 days from purchase. Please contact us at sarah(at)cursivedesign.com to arrange your exchange. Returned merchandise must be in original unworn condition in the original packaging with a receipt. We recommend shipping items with a track-able carrier as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We cannot accept returns, exchanges or credit for purchases that were made from another retailer.
MATERIALS AND CARE
Please refrain from applying perfumes, lotions and other skin treatments directly onto the metal/stones. Please take off prior to swimming, bathing, athletic activities or sleeping to preserve your piece’s longevity. Metals such as: Brass, Bronze, 14k Gold Fill and Sterling Silver will develop a natural patina over time from exposure to oxygen, moisture, and oils in the skin. Enjoy the antiqued look or return the luster to the piece by using a treated polishing cloth. We recommend Sunshine Polishing Cloths. Repairs for items purchased from cursivedesign.com are free of charge if they are within 30 days from purchase. After 30 days, repairs can be made for a fee. Please contact to arrange repairs.
