Sarah Fox is an artist and jewelry designer based in Chicago, IL. She received her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. In her work she integrates sculptural elements, color theory, and material exploration with a playful touch. In her artwork, she is fascinated by the challenge and potential of transforming everyday objects. As these objects and materials move through her own consumption patterns, she constantly mines them for their beauty and potential to be used in a different way. Her recent work explores empathy through the structure and purpose of nets as objects that catch and hold things.

Cursive Design is the jewelry line founded by Sarah. The jewelry is directly inspired by her background in art. The ever-evolving collection strikes a balance between everyday wearable pieces that also make a statement. The pieces are characterized by their playful shape composition, relaxed geometry, and the beauty of natural minerals.
