How should I care for my jewelry?
To preserve the longevity of your pieces I recommend keeping them in a zipped plastic bag and a jewelry box when not in use.
What is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee for all U.S. orders is $6 via USPS with delivery confirmation. For orders outside the U.S. the shipping fee is $12.
When will my order ship?
Most items are made to order. Your order will ship 5-10 days after you purchase it. Please contact me if you need your item sooner than that.
Do you accept returns?
Whatever the problem is I definitely want to make it right again for you, but if all else fails I do accept all returns of unworn jewelry or other merchandise within 15 days of receipt. Send me an email explaining why you are returning the piece and I will provide an address for you to mail your item back to me. Please ship the item back the way you received it. I will then credit your card (minus shipping costs) back to your account. I do not accept returns of sale or discounted items.
Do you do custom orders?
I sure do. Send me an email and we can go from there.
Do you offer consignment or wholesale?
Yes. If you are a shop owner please send me an email with where you are located, and what you sell in your shop. I will send you back more information about my terms.
